The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “User”,“Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Namibia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural,
capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
- All trades are final when payment is made to Bitcoin Trade Namibia in either fiat or Bitcoin, and we will not be held liable for any loss of funds which arise from a user or customer providing us with an incorrect wallet addresses or failing to collect their order within a period of 3 (days).
- All trades are done at the risk of the user, Bitcoin Trade Namibia cannot be held liable from any loss of funds arising from third party that instructs a user to make a payment to an address owned by a third party.
- All trades done using our service may be delayed for an indefinite amount of time due to the state of the Bitcoin blockchain. All trades initiated by a user must account for the possibility that trades will not be processed within the average turnaround timeframe of 30 minutes.
- All completed trades not collected by customers after 48 hours will be charged a 5% of total order amount storage fee in BTC per 24 hours for until the order is retrieved or the storage fee is no longer sustainable.
We only employ the use of first party cookies to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for users visiting.
Unless otherwise stated, Bitcoin Trade Namibia and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Bitcoin Trade Namibia. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
